The foundation.ens.psl.eu website (the Site) is the exclusive property of the Fondation de l’École normale supérieure.

  • Managing donations and donors relations : in this context, the legitimate interest of the Foundation and the Foundation’s legal obligations are to provide proof of donations for tax purposes
  • Engaging with prospective donors : in this context, the legitimate interest of the Foundation is to maintain engagement with potential donors in order to be able to continue the Foundation’s work and projects.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data collected on the Site is processed only by members of the École Normale Supérieure Foundation team and transmitted to the ENS.
Personal data is stored on hosting servers located in the European Union.

Duration of retention of personal data

The ENS Foundation keeps your personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above, in line with current legislation.
